The exchange policy only accept for exchange Ring size（CANNOT exchange to other styles）Kindly contact our customers service via WhatsApp/ WeChat/ Facebook/ Instagram/ Email within 48 hours after received the product and return to us within 7 calendar days of the order’s delivery date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition, unspotted, with security tag on and original packaging.
All other jewellery are not support to the return and refund scheme due to the hygiene issue.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer.
-Return and refund on jewellery and earrings will not be accepted due to hygiene.
